I just want to convey to you, my thoughts and appreciation of your help over the last few weeks.
I can honestly say that my wife and I have been truly tested (and the saga continues..) in building our dream, family home. It has not been an easy ride of late but was an absolute amazing breath of fresh air to have dealt with yourself and your staff. The service was great in the showroom. We have ended up with a far superior system from what I can tell and your immediate follow-up phone call just capped it off.
